Since many of our items are custom-made, handcrafted, or designed based on your specific requirements, our refund and return rules are structured to protect both the customer and the creative process.

1. Custom and Personalized Orders (No Refund / No Return)

All custom-made items such as:

Custom deity idols

3D models

Relief panels

Personalized sculptures

Customized artwork or designs

are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This is because these products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

However, we ensure:

Multiple previews

Revision options before final delivery

Quality checks before shipping

so that the final product matches your expectations.

2. Physical Products (Limited Return Eligibility)

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product delivered

If the delivered item does not match the product you ordered.

✔ Damaged during delivery

If the product arrives broken or damaged, you must:

Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Provide photos and videos of the damaged packaging and item

Keep the original packaging intact

Once verified, we will arrange:

Replacement, or

Repair (based on product type)

Refunds are given only if a replacement is not possible.

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we begin designing or crafting, a partial refund may be possible minus service/processing charges.

After Work Begins

Once the design or sculpting process has started, cancellations are not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

4. Processing of Refunds (If Eligible)

If your case qualifies for a refund:

Refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider

6. Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

7. Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural events.
